Contract Services

  Network Monitoring
Our N-Central network monitoring solution allows us to remotely monitor your PCs and all network devices (routers, switches, etc.) 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Based on customers experiences using this product, emergency calls for computer and network support drop by approximately 80%. Our goal in using this product is to know that your network is experiencing a problem that will become critical weeks before disaster strikes. That knowledge allows us to make an appointment, when it is convenient to you, to remedy the situation. Even when problems occur out of the blue, we will know about it before you do in most cases. This changes the procedure remarkably. Instead of you taking the time to realize that you have a problem, then calling us, and finally having us arrive at your site to fix the emergency problem - instead of all of that, we will call you to inform you of the problem and to notify you that we are already on our way to fix the problem.

  Preventative PC and Server Maintenance
Your individual PC workstations form an extremely important part of your network. Each of these PCs needs occasional care and maintenance. Specifically, Operating System patches need to be installed, Spyware needs to be removed, Anti-Virus software needs to be checked to ensure that it is running properly. Also, in some environments, PCs need regular cleaning, to remove dust from key components. If not cleaned, the accumulated dust acts like a blanket, causing excessive heat retention, and eventual hardware failure.

  Email Filtering
Spam and other unsolicited commercial bulk emails, often with extremely objectionable content, has become an enormous problem for any businesses with email access. We have a system that allows us to filter all the email for your email domain - removing up to 95% of the spam content as well as 100% of the viruses.

Service Availability
We are generally available during standard business hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday, excluding Holidays). We also offer enhanced levels of service availability, available via a service contract. These contracts include options to increase our availability to 24 x 7 x 365, with a guaranteed response time of one hour on all calls or network alert notifications.
