Service Offerings

Our Network Monitoring system consists of a small piece of software that we install on one of your systems. That piece of software reports back to our central monitoring server the status of your computers and network. We can configure this software to track any of several dozen metrics (individual hardware and software statistics). We then tell our server to alert us when the values for specific metrics meet or exceed our specified values.

Unfortunately, a complex system such as this does not lend itself well to a full explanation on a web page. But, if you are even slightly interested in this system, we will be very happy to schedule a full demo for you. The bottom line, is that this system allows us to keep an eye on your network 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and it alerts us, in many cases, before problems become serious enough to impact you or your employees.

What does it cost?

Our Network Monitoring system starts at $300 per month, on a month-to-month basis. This cost could go up for medium to large sized networks (100 nodes or larger), or small but unusually complex networks.

Network Monitoring Contracts

To provide an even better value for our clients, we offer 1-year service contracts that bundle together hours of labor along with the network monitoring service. The cost of the labor hours in these contracts are substantially reduced - down to only 85% of our normal hourly charge.
