Overview:
Rapid Business Systems, LLC, is a small network integration firm
located near central Denver.
Due to our growing client base, we are looking for a
network technician to help us provide outstanding customer service and
superior technical solutions for our clients.
If hired for this position, you will be working at least 85% of the
time out of the office, at client sites. You will most often be working on your
own. Many people enjoy that level of freedom, but with that
freedom comes responsibility. You will be expected to show
initiative, and prove yourself a dependable worker.
Qualifications:
General:
Neat, presentable appearance.
Two or four year college degree preferred, but not required.
Exceptional customer service attitude.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, persistent and
self-disciplined.
Superior communications skills, especially in explaining
technical issues to non-technical clients.
Cell phone (we will reimburse $50 per month) and a reliable
automobile (we will pay for mileage).
Technical:
Demonstrated proficiency with computers and networking.
Experience working in a similar service environment (IT
consulting) is preferred, but we will also consider
individuals with experience as network administrators or
other related positions.
One or more IT certifications preferred, but not required. (MCP,
MCSE, CNE, A+, CCNA, etc)
PC, server, and printer hardware repair experience.
Proven analytical ability in troubleshooting complex
problems.
Responsibilities:
Respond to client sites to resolve any and all computer,
printer, and network problems.
Develop positive relationships with clients.
Stay current with developing technologies, including
maintaining existing technical certifications and obtaining
additional certifications.
