We own a Barracuda Spam Firewall; an advanced mail filtering appliance from Barracuda Networks. This appliance is capable of screening up to 4 million emails per day. It checks each individual email for viruses, and then runs a series of complex algorithms to determine if the email is spam. If it is, you never even see it. If it is not, it gets forwarded to your email server. If the appliance is unsure, but suspects that the email is spam, it appends the tag [Probable SPAM] to the subject line. This will alert you to the status of that piece of email, and optionally allow you to perform additional filtering by implementing the email rules system of whichever email program you are using.

The best part is that Barracuda Networks makes sure that the device stays current with both virus signatures and the metrics by which spam is identified. Our Spam Firewall receives hourly updates from the manufacturer to ensure that it is always up-to-date.

For use of this system, we charge $2.50 per user, per month, with a minimum charge of $50 per email domain. We believe that once you try this service, and feel the relief from the endless annoyance of unwanted emails, you will agree that $50 per month is an outstanding value.

In addition, for companies with very large email servers, with many users, we may be able to negotiate a  discounted rate.

Some larger companies may wish to purchase a Barracuda Networks Spam Firewall for themselves. In that case, we will be happy to sell you one, and assist you in integrating it into your network.
